Most of us know that drinking water is good for us. Most of us know that it will help keep your body balanced and can help keep your body functioning properly. But did you know that drinking enough water can actually help keep your skin clear? While water alone is not the answer to all your acne problems, it can help rid your body of toxins that would otherwise build up in your system and could result in breakouts.
So how much water should you be drinking? The conventional answer to that question is six to eight glasses a day. But ever person is different, so what is best for one person may not be right for you. There is also the fact that you can over drink water, which will result in flushing electrolytes from your body; most people will not get to that point, but it is worth noting just to keep in mind.
So if you are not drinking enough water, now would be a good time to start. Adding a few extra glasses to your diet each day, along with cleansers and a healthy diet will put you well on your way to having cleaner clearer skin in no time.
